I was told by many people who are local the dinosaur has been going downhill and I strongly disagree. When your meat is red because it's been smoked and it's got a nice Char outside and a good flavor all the way through that's professional not going downhill.
Furthermore when I drive 20 minutes and it's still hot and Rochester weather you're definitely doing something right.

While I would easily give The 'Saur a 9.5 on just about every measure ... once in a while the wings are overcooked -- too crisp, a little dry ... but not last night! The wings were plump and not overcooked ... so they had great juiciness and amazing, smoky flavor. Every bit was "Is this the perfect bite?" I wished I had ordered 13, rather than 6. 1/2 chicken was equally good.
